I have found Dr. Kelman to be a knowledgabl and sensitve doctor. I went to see him after my having Multiple Sclerosis had been diagnosed in Hong Kong. He is sensitive without being patronising and he has a reralistic attitude and approach. One of the best that I have seen around the world. Keith Welsh
