RN and patient

I was referred to Dr Torres for a very serious condition. After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment and 2 hours in the waiting room I found that he has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in my 20 years of nursing. He treated me and my spouse with no compassion or courtesy.
